Personal Care Session

Service Description

Choose either spiritual-care, self-care, addiction recovery, or request any combination of the three. In this 1 hour session on zoom, we will discover and explore the challenges which affect your personal joy and inspiration (motivation). We will identify practices and tools you can utilize to cultivate empowerment for a more gentle, joyful and sustainable experience of life. Through our collaboration, I will support your journey to discover the goodness which comes of accepting and embracing your inherent strengths and powerful vulnerabilities. From there, many doors open!

Cancellation Policy

There is no fee for missing a session or arriving late. I might not be able to accommodate arrivals more than 10 minutes late. I will reschedule with you as my availability allows.
