Service Description

In this 1 hour session of your choice- Self-Care, Spiritual Care or Addiction Recovery Support- we will identify and explore the challenges which obstruct your experience of joy and well being. I'll help you identify ways to meet your challenges with gentility, strength, and empowerment. An increase of energy, inspiration, motivation, self-esteem, personal capacity, acceptance and joy are among some common results.

Cancellation Policy

There is no fee for missing a session or arriving late. I might not be able to accommodate arrivals more than 10 minutes late. I will reschedule with you as my availability allows.
